The Russian Embassy of Ethiopia has donated various books to the Abrehot Library.
The books has been donated by Evgeny Teryokhin Ambassador of Russia Embassy in Ethiopia and his representatives.
The donated books are collected from universitys in Russia.
Evgeny Teryokhin has said, It is important to build a generation of readers by paying attention to education, which is a key tool for all issues In particular, the presence of a children’s reading room in Abrehot Library allows teenagers to flip through books, expand their horizons and understand the world.
On that day, the director of the library, Eng. Wubayehu Mamo, expressed gratitude for the support and handed over the books.
In addition, the director said that in order to build a rational and informed generation, we need not only indigenous books, but books with such international content.
